SALESPERSON COURSES TO GET LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA
To obtain a real estate salesperson license, you must first qualify for and pass a written examination. Those who pass the examination are provided a license application which must be submitted to and approved by the DRE. The most current general and educational requirements to become a licensed real estate salesperson in accordance with the Department of Real Estate may be found at https://www.dre.ca.gov.
General Requirements: The general requirements are that you must be at least 18 years old, have a Social Security number or an individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN),be a California resident and If you are not a California resident, see Out-of-State Applicants. Applicants must be honest and truthful. Conviction of a crime may result in the denial of a license. Lastly, have proof that you completed at least three college-level courses in specific subject matter (except for members of the California State Bar).
Course Requirements: Successful completion of three college-level courses is required to qualify for a real estate salesperson examination: Real Estate Principles,, Real Estate Practice, and one course from the following list: Real Estate Appraisal, Property Management, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Office Administration, General Accounting, Business Law, Real Estate Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending, Computer Applications in Real Estate, or Common Interest Developments.
Course Offerings: Our Salesperson Courses consist of Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Appraisal. Each of these courses provide 45 hours of class instruction. For Brokers we offer Real Estate Practice, Real Estate Finance, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, and Real Estate Economics, plus from the electives, Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Escrows, Mortgage Loan Brokering and Lending, plus Property Management. Each of these courses also provide 45 hours of class instruction.

Crash Cram 7 Hrs. – $125
Crash Cram is a 7 hour deep dive of all the relevant key areas of the DRE’s real estate state exam. DRE exam dates are no longer required to purchase and there is no limit to the number of times you can purchase this exam prep course and practice.
