REGISTRATION CONTRACT PROCTOR'S INFO: REFUND POLICY TUITION AND OTHER FEES: A $40 charge will incur for a non-returned prelicense education coursebook.And a $20 fee to replace lost certificates . The school has and maintains a policy for the refunding of monies paid, for the unused portion of tuition, fees, and other charges in the event the student fails to enter the course, withdraws, or discontinues at any time prior to the completion of the course enrolled. The amount charged will not exceed a pro rated basis of the total charges incurred. An enrollee may cancel the enrollment within three business days of enrollment and receive a full refund of all monies paid, provided no classes have been attended, and all materials have been returned undamaged. Otherwise, a $45 non-refundable administration fee may be retained. Enrollment will expire nine months after the date of registration. A concurrent three month extension may be obtained with a $44 fee. There is a $40 charge for a damaged or unreturned book. The undersigned has received a copy of the general information page and this contract.Our courses are approved by the California Department of Real Estate.
