3 Easy steps to get started.

  1. Register first – $ 199 – Thank you, your registration fee payments help support our instructors, for their time both on site and also during our Zoom meetings in the cloud.
  2. Purchase the courses – $ 100 – textbook included no added cost. Pay for one, two, or three.
  3. Show up and Start attending classes!

Starting January 1, 2024 if you have not already scheduled or taken the DRE State Exam, you will be required to take the new Real Estate Practice course. Brokers and Sales Agents will be required to take this course in order to take the State Exam. Based on Walt Huberts new Real Estate Practice 10th edition COPYRIGHT (C) 2023 textbook and includes the DRE required components of Fair Housing Rules and Implicit Bias Training. Zoom option coming soon, pending approval.


CalDRE brokers and agents need 3 hours of Office Management and Supervision (OMS) as part of their 45-hour continuing education. Real Estate is a Noble Fields

Our school was established in San Francisco, California in 1985 by Ms. Noble Fields, who to this day continues helping students. Miss Noble Fields character, dedication, and actions continue to foster professionalism in the field of Real Estate by:

1- Encouraging excellence in Real Estate Education and Practice

2- Promoting the California Business and Professions Code, the national Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and emphasizing adherence to the regulations of the Commissioner of the California State Bureau of Real Estate and the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisal

3- Establishing educational and qualification criteria for the licensing, certification and re certification of real estate brokers, agents, and appraisers.

4- Disseminating information from USPAP and Appraiser Qualification Criteria to the Appraisal profession, users of Appraisal services, related industries, and industry groups and the public.

5- Sponsoring appropriate activities relating to standards, qualifications and issues of importance required of appraisers and users of appraisal services.

    You can finish in 3 months (90 days or 12 weeks.)
  • When can I start, I know I missed 2 weeks already?
    Whenever you decide to start. What matters is that you finish.
  • How much does it cost?
    $499.00 with textbooks included for each course.
  • How many class attendance hours do I have to complete?
    You must complete a total of 135 hours. Each course is 45 hours.
  • When can I apply for DRE license Exam?
    Upon finishing all 3 courses and obtaining the completion certificates.
  • When do I have to finish the courses?
    Within 1 year of enrolling and your 135 hours are completed.
