Noble Fields School of Real Estate presents Mastery based learning for pre-licensing and continuing education, where students learn the required minimums in compliance with the California Department of Real Estate, and the Office of Real Estate Appraisal.

Noble Fields School of Real Estate is dedicated to progressive growth education. We offer resident, distance learning and correspondence formats of interactive instruction. Our goal is to aid students in the preparation and maintenance of The California State Real Estate license or Office of Real Estate Appraisal (OREA) license.
Our real estate courses are designed for distance education.

Our school was established in San Francisco, California in 1985 by Ms. Noble Fields. From its inception, the school has worked diligently to foster professionalism in the field of Real Estate by:
Encouraging excellence in Real Estate Education and Practice
Promoting The California Business and Professions Code; the national Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPSP) standards; and emphasizing adherence to the regulations of the Commissioner of the California State Department of Real Estate & Office of Real Estate Appraisal
Establishing educational and qualification criteria for the licensing, certification and re certification of real estate brokers, agents, appraisers
Disseminating information from USPAP and Appraiser Qualification Criteria to the Appraisal profession, users of Appraisal services, related industries, and industry groups and the public
Sponsoring appropriate activities relating to standards, qualifications and issues of importance required of appraisers and users of appraisal services
